Practice areas

My practice areas are:

• Private & contract law (rental law, commercial law etc.)

• Employment law, esp. wrongful terminations of employment

• Intellectual property, trademark and copyright law, competition law and file sharing

• Accidents / Traffic law / Traffic offenses

I provide consultations in English and  - like all German lawyers - I am authorized to represent and counsel clients in all of Germany. My practice areas are also the topic of my blog.
